Entry Forms

Below are all the entry forms and information you need to enter our exhibitions. Only FOACS members are eligible to enter items in the exhibition.

New Hand-in and Setup Times for November 2026 Exhibition
Please ignore the time on the forms you download and use these times instead:

Artists with surnames A – J book pictures in between 7.15 pm and 7.30 pm
Artists with surnames K – Z book pictures in between 7.30 pm and 7.45pm
Hanging crafts and portfolios to be booked in at the same time
Craft tables to be set up (by craft members) starting at 6.45pm
20% table set up at 7.15pm.
